Leads and buyer intelligence delivered through our platform are provided for the exclusive use of the subscribing client. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of lead data with third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Service Level Commitments
Specific service level commitments, including lead delivery timelines and quality guarantees, are outlined in individual client agreements and our SLA & Delivery page.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rover Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us at help@roverinsights.ai.
10. Changes to Terms
